Jo Ann Gerner, 75, of Oak Harbor passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the Riverview Healthcare Campus, Oak Harbor where she was a longtime resident. She was born on February 1, 1943 in Port Clinton to Alvin H. and Verona E. (Grieger) Gerner. Jo Ann is survived by cousins.
