Sylvia Sue “Mimi” Glidden, of Toledo passed away Monday, April 16th 2018. Sylvia was born on October 31, 1937 in Turtletown, TN to Jewell Geneva Johnson. Sylvia received her diploma from Woodward High School in Toledo, Ohio.

She worked at Ohio Bell, Bostwick Braun, and Swan Creek Retirement Village. Sylvia and her husband Burt enjoyed boating together with family and friends. Sylvia was also a devoted fan of Elvis Presley.

Sylvia is survived by her daughter: Rebecca Sue, granddaughters: Jacqueline Rene, and Virginia Leigh, great-grand children: Madeline Sue, Emerson Jean, Nikola Alan, and Marcus Muir. Family will receive friends on Friday, April 20th 2018 from 12 to 1 PM at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave.
