Joe’s Obituary Graveside services for Joe O’Neil Wiggins, 78, of Arlington, Texas, will be held at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Bolivar Cemetery in Bolivar Texas. Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm immediately prior to the service. Joe passed away at home on Saturday, December 8, 2018.

Joe was born on June 26, 1940, in Sanger, Texas to Gladys and Joe Nathan Wiggins. After graduating from Sanger High School in 1958, Joe graduated from the University of North Texas. Joe taught drafting and photography at Stockard Middle School in Oak Cliff.

Later, he worked in real estate and car sales and opened Jo’Neil Jewelry & Pawn. Joe was an entrepreneur and sold antique clocks and classic cars. He was a member of the Midlothian Classic Wheels Club and Arlington Area Street Rods Classic Car Club.

While Joe was not a veteran, he was a proud American and patriot. He was also very proud to be a member of the Hella Shrine Temple and a Scottish Rite 32 Degree Mason. Joe is survived by his daughter Pam Wiggins Rice and grandsons Harrison O’Neil Rice and Hayden Wiley Rice, all from Longview and his loving companion, Darlene Rider.

In lieu of flower, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Children, Wounded Warrior Project or First Baptist Church of Sanger. Services are under the direction of Coker Funeral Home in Sanger. Online condolences may be made to www.
