Obituary for John A. Vaughan Print John A. Vaughan, 75, of Richmond, passed away Monday, March 11, 2019. He was predeceased by his parents, Mary and James Vaughn, and his brother, Jimmy Vaughn. His brother, David Vaughn, passed away on March 14, which was three days after John died.

He is survived by two sisters, Priscilla Vaughan of Tappahannock and Rosemary League of Moseley; one brother, Eugene (George) Vaughn of Cincinnati, Ohio, and a host of friends and family. During his lifetime, John was a generous man who enriched and touched the lives of many students at Randolph-Macon College, by establishing a scholarship fund in memory of his parents. Visitation will be held on March 26 from 6-8 p.m. at Nicely Funeral Home in Clifton Forge.

There will be a private graveside service at the Eagle Rock United Methodist Cemetery in Eagle Rock on March 27 at 11 a.m. To send flowers to the family of John A. Vaughan, please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store.
