He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Ann (Kevin) Turberville of Uriah, AL; son, Marc (Cara) Thompson of Hull, GA; brother, Ronny (Libby) Thompson of Syrene, AL; brother, Paul (Sharon) Thompson of Thomasville, AL; brother, Donald Lee (Liz) Thompson of Thomasville, AL; sister, Betty (Peter Frank) McGilberry of Sweet Water, AL; sister, Debra (Vic) Dungan of Thomasville, AL; brother, Mike (Kim) Thompson of Putnam, AL; seven grandchildren, Allison Thompson, Caleb Turberville, Raycn Turberville, John Marcus Thompson, Charlotte Thompson, Emma Dowling, and Aiden Dowling. Visitation will be held at Friendship Baptist Church on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 from 9:30 am until the 11:00 am service time with Rev. Mike Stanley officiating.

Burial will follow in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Thomasville, AL. Arrangements by O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Thomasville, AL.
