Obituary for Mike Loftin Benjamin Michael Loftin age 68 of Sweet Water, AL died July 24, 2018 at Providence Hospital. He was born February 15, 1950 in Thomasville, AL. Mike was a retired electrical supervisor with Georgia-Pacific Corp.

and a retired US Army veteran of the Vietnam War and Operation Desert Shield/Storm. He was a member of Thomasville Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Sue P. Loftin; two sons, Benjamin Michael (Crystal) Loftin, II and Brian Mitchell (Amber) Loftin; brother, Jerry (Joyce) Loftin; four grandchildren, Cooper Loftin, Brooks Loftin, Benjamin Michael Loftin, III, and Leila Loftin.

He was preceded in death by his father, Elmore Loftin, his mother, Lillian Loftin Jowers; and his brother, Sam Loftin. Visitation will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Graveside funeral services will be held at Old Liberty Cemetery on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 10:00 am with Rev.
