John F. Perry, 75, of Dubuque, IA passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Luther Manor. Family and friends may gather from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Leonard Funeral Home and Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Rd. Dubuque where a short service will be held at 12:00 p.m. John was born on July 8, 1941 in Winthrop, IA the son of Percey and Mildred (Pope) Perry.

He is survived by his two brothers, Jim and Harlan Perry and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Harold and Richard Perry; and his former wife Martha. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.

The family would like to thank Dr. Salas. the nurses and staff at Luther Manor and Hospice of Dubuque for the care they gave to John.
