Moore, age 74 of Hertford, NC, departed from this earthly life to be with His heavenly father on Wednesday morning, October 24, 2018 at the Sentara Albemarle Medical Center, with his family by his side. “Because he lives, I can face tomorrow Because he lives, All fear is gone Because I know he holds the future And life is worth the living, Just because he lives…” Arrangements are pending at this time. Final Care and Compassionate Services are being expressed to the Moore and connected families by the Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations, Elizabeth City, NC.
