John Henry Warthan, age 55, of Huntingburg, formerly of Crawford County, passed away at 3:27 p.m., on Monday, April 9, 2018, at Garden Villa in Bedford, Indiana. He was born August 4, 1962, in Huntingburg, Indiana to Claudia Warthan and Tom Leonard. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and one sister, Tina Leonard.

John Henry is survived by two sisters, Claudette Warthan of Taswell and Kelly Leonard of Terre Haute; three brothers, Sammy Warthan of Taswell, Michael… Read More » Leonard of Terre Haute and Tom Leonard of Terre Haute; and his caregiver and nephew, Donald Kunkler of Indianapolis. Funeral services for John Henry Warthan will be held at 12:00 noon, on Thursday, April 12, 2018, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Fairmount Cemetery in Huntingburg. Minister Craig Taylor will officiate at the service.
