John Overman passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018 in Cleburne. He was born April 18, 1942 in Phoenix, AZ to Clarence Edmond and Alice Elizabeth Furthmiller Overman.

He married Linda Ann Stevenson on June 22, 1973 in Lynwood, WA. Mr. Overman served in the U.S. Navy and was a machinist for 30 years for Mechanical Parts. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Linda Overman; daughter Janet Dills and husband Terry of Arlington, WA; son Paul H. Overman and wife Kat of Cleburne; son John H. Overman, III and wife Nikki of Yelm, WA; 6 grandchildren; 8 ½ great grandchildren; sister Nancy Dougliss and husband Bill of Stanwood, WA.
