John (Jack) F. Townsend 95 of Ontonagon passed away at Omega House in Houghton, MI on Sunday, September 16, 2018. A memorial service will be held at the Siloa Lutheran Church in Ontonagon on Saturday, September 22nd at 11 a.m. Friends may call at the church 1 hour prior to the start of the service. Military rites will be preformed by the OCVA at the Riverside Cemetery following the memorial service.

The Cane Funeral Home of Ontonagon is assisting the family.
