John M. Horn, of Columbia Station, passed away unexpectedly on April 17, 2018. He was born July 15, 1951 in Inez, Kentucky, he had been a resident of Columbia Station since 1983. John worked and retired from the Ford Motor Company in Brook Park.

John was a tremendous family man, he loved spending time and caring for his wife and children, and that love only grew when he became a grandfather. He is survived by; his wife Jo Ellen Horn (nee Mulledy); his daughter, Megan Matos (Jose) of North Ridgeville; his two sons, Christopher (Paige) of Grove City and Bryan (Sela) of Columbia Station; his two grandchildren, Zoe and Zayn; and many nieces and nephews. John is preceded in death by his brother, Pastor Rick Horn.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday April 24, 2018 from 5pm until the time of the memorial service at 7pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd. , (at Stoney Ridge Rd. ), North Ridgeville.

Pastor Jim Hurst from Clearview Church in Columbia Station will officiate the service. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Clearview Church.
