Obituary for John Neil Fink John Neil Fink, 79, of Owings Mills, passed away on December 29, 2018. He was born on July 9, 1939 in Allentown, PA to the late John Peter and Elsie (nee Rogan) Fink. He was married to Lucy M. Fink.

John worked as a manager in the claims office of State Farm Insurance. He is survived by his wife Lucy M. Fink; daughter Gayle Marie Fink and her husband Phillip Lord of Elkridge; daughter Victoria Noel and her husband Glenn Hasenfus of Ft. Myers, FL; grandchildren John Franklin Lord, Abigail Marie Lord and Kyle Mason Hasenfus; great grandchildren Grayson Ryan Lord and Charlotte Jane Lord; sister Claudia Carr; brother Dennis Fink; sister Nina Jandrisovitz; brother Paul Fink; sister Lisa Aichele; brother Scott Fink.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2019, 1:00pm at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD. Interment is private.
