Obituary for Keith Ian Collins Keith Ian Collins, 42, of Hampstead, passed away suddenly on Wednesday December 19, 2018. Born August 21, 1976, he was the son of Donald and Linda (Plank) Collins of Hampstead. He was a graduate of North Carroll High School and was a heavy equipment operator.

Surviving in addition to his parents is a daughter, Elisa Collins and a son, Nason Collins, both of Hanover, PA and grandmother Peggy Plank of Chesapeake, VA. ; and Dolores Coburn and the Coburn family. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 26, 2018, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead, where services will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2018, 11:00 a.m..

Interment will be in Hampstead Cemetery on Friday December 28, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. The family requests “family flowers” only. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the American Diabetes Association, 2002 Clipper Park Road, Suite 110, Baltimore, MD 21211. Online condolences may be made at www.
