John Sam Andolina, 75 of Cabot AR went to be with the Lord on -21 Feb 2019. John served in the US Navy from 1963-1969 on the USS Kittyhawk; US Navy Reserves 1969-1973; New York Electrical Engineer; New York City Police Officer 1968-1989; Certified Fire Chief of Florida; New York Volunteer Fire Dept; Johnson Co Sheriff’s Office 1989-1994; Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Dept; Lonoke Co Sheriff’s Office; Pacific Railroad Accident Investigator; Arkansas Water Dive Team Investigations Officer; England Police Dept, Lonoke Police Dept, Austin Police Dept, and Ward Police Dept. He is preceded in death by his parents Grace and Salvatore Andolina.

John was an only child. John is survived by his Loving Wife Patricia Andolina and adopted Granddaughters: Maddelyn and Addison Cox of the home, Sons: Jon-Paul Andolina (Carol, grandson) and Salvatore Andolina and Daughter JoAnne Andolina (3 Granddaughters) all of Ft Smith AR; Step sons: BJ Cox and Patrick Cox, and stepdaughter Amanda Sanders and Grandsons Jonathan Walton and Matthew Sanders of Cabot. Visitation is at Smith-Sherwood Funeral Home at 6:00 p.m. Monday March 4, followed by Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, North Little Rock, 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 5.

Burial at the AR State Veteran’s Cemetery.
