He passed away on January 9, 2019 in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the age of 64. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Porum Assembly of God Church with Rev.

Wayne Lindsay officiating. Interment will be at Coleman Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Stigler. Viewing will be at Mallory-Martin Porum Chapel from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Sunday, January 13, 2019 and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday, January 14, 2019.
