Obituary for Johnny “John” M. Faunce, Jr. Johnny M. “John” Faunce, Jr., 50, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away suddenly at his home on April 6, 2018. John was born October 17, 1967, in Ventura, California, a son of Johnny M. Faunce, Sr. and Dorothy J. Valentine. John was a very loving man who enjoyed caring for people as demonstrated by his many years as a hospice CNA at Davis Hospice Center.

He was also a lover of animals and he would care for his family’s pets. He was an avid camper and he enjoyed being the first person to wake up in the morning in order to start the campfire and to make breakfast and coffee. As a child, John would wrestle Les, Les would wrestle Jim, Jim would wrestle Bobby, and Bobby would wrestle the dog.

John will be remembered as a gentle giant who loved his family and adored his many nieces and nephews. John is survived by his mother, Dorothy (Bob, Jr.) Bedsaul of Frederick, CO; father, Johnny M. (Maryann) Faunce, Sr. of Las Vegas, NV; siblings, Amy E. (Ron) McKay of Kenai, AK, Leslie R. (Barbara) Faunce of Greeley, CO, James A. (Cinde) Faunce of Belding, MI, and Robert R. (Jami) Bedsaul, III of Frederick, CO; twelve nieces and nephews; and two great-nephews. His family will hold a memorial service on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at Life Fellowship of Frederick, 451 Oak Street, Frederick, CO 80530.

Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
