Obituary for Jose Rosario Jr. Jose A. Rosario, Jr., 18, of Erie, passed away on Monday October 15, 2018. He was born in Erie on December 4, 1999 a son of Jose Rosario, Sr. and Jacqueline Hoovler. Jose graduated from the Leadership Charter School of Excellence where he also worked for a period of time.

He helped clean at City Hall, worked at Metz Culinary Management, and most recently worked at Gold Crown Billiards. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and playing pool was his passion. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Albert W. Hoovler and Felix V. Rosario.

In addition to his parents survivors include two sisters, Desirea and Katelyn Rosario; his grandmothers, June Hoovler and Hilda Rosario; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd. , on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until the time of services there at 8 p.m..
