He is survived by his wife Maria Concepcion Licea; his sons Efren Licea Monroy and Antonio Licea; his daughters Cecilia Licea Monroy and Rosa Martha Licea Monroy; his brother Jose Satumino Licea Rubio; his sister Alicia Licea Monroy; along with 9 grandchildren and a host of loving family members and friends.
