Burial will follow at New Home Cemetery in Richmond, Texas.

Visitation will be held Thursday February 7, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Hernandez Funeral Home 800 Fourth Street in Rosenberg. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mr. Gonzales was born January 28, 1935 in Weimar, Texas and he passed away in Rosenberg, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Pedro and Manuela Gonzales.

He is survived by his wife Loretta Gonzales; his children Pedro Gonzales and wife Kimberly, Rene Gonzales, Julian Gonzales, Jr. and wife Angelica Cavada, Luke Feliu, Martha Puentes, Alma Ybarra and husband Ray, Araseli Hernandez and husband Ricardo, Noemi Torres and husband Gonzalo, Elizabeth Mendoza, Lydia Sosa and husband Mateo; his brothers Ignacio Gonzales and Wilfredo Feliu, Jr.; his sisters Martina McKee, Beatrice Ortiz, Dorothy Shirley, Zenaida Loveless and Maria Gonzales; along with 26 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren as well as other loving family members and friends.
