Joseph’s Obituary Big Rapids – Joseph A. Tripp, 58, of Big Rapids, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019, at his residence. He was born January 10, 1961, in Big Rapids, the son of Mark and Mary (Kinney) Tripp, and lived in the area his entire life. In 1978, Joe graduated from Chippewa Hills High School.

Joe worked as a welder, most recently at Randell Manufacturing in Weidman, He loved his music! Joe is survived by his daughter Pamela (Dominick) Loyd of Rodney; 2 grandchildren, Christian and Kaleb; 2 brothers, James of Piqua, OH, and John of Big Rapids; 1 sister, Judy Johnson of Sand Lake; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, brother Gerald, and sister Jill Newhall.

Private family services will be held. Care and arrangements are entrusted to the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids.
