Obituary for Joseph F. “Joe” Wallace Joseph F. Wallace, age 57, of Floyd, passed away peacefully at his home on November 21, 2018. He was born August 17, 1961, in Rome, a son of the late LeRoy J. and Carol A. White Wallace. Joseph graduated from Holland Patent Central School.

He worked for 26 years at Upstate Cerebral Palsy at the Armory Campus. Joseph is survived by a sister and brother in law, Julie and Charlie Baird of Floyd; two brothers and a sister in law, Jay Wallace of Rome, and James and Nina Wallace of New Hartford; and many nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Thursday at 6:00 PM, at the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street.
