Obituary for Joseph Francis Maguire Joseph F. Maguire Jr., age 53, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 15, 2018, surrounded by his family at home. He was born on February 6, 1965 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Geraldine (Flak) Maguire. Joseph was a 1985 graduate of Lewisville High School.

He was a truly dedicated worker at Kroger grocery store until his retirement. Joseph was well known to be a kind and caring individual and the uncanny ability to make a friend instantly. His deep devotion to religious beliefs could be seen in his actions daily.

He is survived by: his parents, sister Tina (Ricky) Morris, nieces Ashley (Jaime) and Lauren Gomez and Hanna Morris, and nephews Jace, Blake, and Zaiyden, as well as his uncle, Thomas Flak, and aunt, Frances Bormuth. Family, friends, and others whose lives Joseph touched are invited to Flower Mound Family Funeral Home, 3550 Firewheel Dr., Flower Mound, from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Sunday the 23rd, for visitation and St. Ann Catholic Parish, 180 Samuel Blvd. , Coppell, for Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. on Monday the 24th.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
