Obituary for Marshone LaShaft Cotton Marshone LaShaft Cotton, 46, of Lewisville, TX went to be with Our Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 27th, 2018. Born in Lubbock, TX, Marshone travelled the world at a young age before settling down in Lewisville, TX. Marshone was an extremely passionate person, regardless what it was but his greatest passion besides his family was his love for dogs and fishing.

He would spend hours on end to only catch a single fish and be back the next day to do all over again. His dogs were his second family. He treated each animal as if they were one of his own children.

He was also a mentor to youth in helping them in their walk with Christ. Marshone has touched so many lives and continues to do so. He is survived by his wife, Lindsey Brown Cotton; children, Marshone and Damarquis Cotton, and Haydon Brown; Father Winford Fillmore and wife Cheryl Fillmore; Mother Diane Guerrero and husband Juan Guerrero; Brothers Tremaine Fillmore and Winford Fillmore II and wife Felicia Fillmore, Eric and Dezi Guerrero; sisters Tashebia Bracy and Priti Fillmore; countless aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dearest friends who he called his family.

Marshone’s memorial service will be held on Saturday November 3rd at 2PM at Dalton and Sons Funeral Home 1550 N. Stemmons Fwy. , Lewisville, TX 75057. The service will be officiated by Pastor Eric Johnson.
