JOSEPH MATHEWS HILL, age 29 of Clanton, passed away on April 23, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Montgomery, AL on December 17, 1988; the son of Asper Frank Hill and the late Mildred Elsie Cambell Hill. He was a former residential construction carpenter.

He is survived by: Daughter, Nina Faye Hill of Prattville; Father, Frank Hill of Clanton; Sisters: Amanda (Michael) Thornton of Clanton, Christel (Joe) Johnson of Verbena, Charlene (Paul) Driver of Clanton, Lisa (David) Furr of Holtville, and Vicky (Mike) Furr of Montgomery; and Brothers: Michael (Janice) Hill of Montgomery, Rodney (Linda) Hill of Montgomery, Clint (Tonya) Hill of Prattville, and Johnny (Lisa) furr of Prattville. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 6-8pm at Ellison Memorial Funeral Home at Shelby Memory Gardens in Calera, AL. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 10:00am from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home at Shelby Memory Gardens with Chaplain Theresa Harris officiating.

Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill No. 2 Cemetery in Berry (Fayette Co.), AL. Final care and arrangements entrusted to the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home at Shelby Memory Gardens in Calera, AL.
