Obituary for Joseph P. Carr Joseph P. Carr, 85 of Newnan passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018. He was born July 19, 1933 in LaGrange, GA to the late William Ira Carr and Winnie Parham Carr. He is survived by his wife, Jimmie Sue Carr; son, Jerry Carr; grandchildren, Joseph Carr and Victoria Brown and six great-grandchildren.
