Juana (Romero) Quinones, 64, of Elizabeth passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at home. Juana was a Home Health Aide for Loving Care, Union, N.J. She is the devoted mother of Michelle O’Rourke & her husband Shawn Gallagher of Elizabeth, Joseph O’Rourke & his wife Theresa of Elizabeth, Michael O’Rourke & his wife Jorgina of Scotch Plains, & Arnold Quinones, Jr. of Elizabeth, beloved daughter of Jacinto Romero and the late Carmen Salgado Romero, loving sister of Maritza, Rosa, Cesar, & Marco Romero, cherished grandmother of seven grandchildren, and wife of Joseph Quinones and Michael O’Rourke.

She was a member of Townley Presbyterian Church and a foster mother for years.
