Gloria (Senko) Georas, 94, of Linden, passed away at home on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. Born in Elizabeth, she lived in the Bronx before residing in Linden since 1959. Gloria worked for more than 30 years for the City of Linden as a secretary to the Detective Bureau of the Linden Police Department.

She was the beloved wife of the late Nicholas Georas, devoted mother of William Georas and his wife Peggy, and Anthonia Kirchoffer and her husband Fred, loving sister of the late John (Buddy) Senko, Jr., cherished grandmother of Johnny, Jill, Kimberly and Kenneth, and great grandmother of of 4 great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her closest friend, Olga Dolyanovska. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Friday, December 14, 2018.

Visiting 9:00 am until time of mass at St. Vladimir Ukrainian Catholic Church, Elizabeth 11:00 am. Interment St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be appreciated.
