Virginia M. (Tappen) Travisano, 76, of Elizabeth, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, April 23, 2018. Born in Linden, she lived there before moving to North Brunswick, and resided in Elizabeth for the past 25 years. She loved flowers, plants, animals and reading a good book meant a lot to her.

Virginia was a very kind, considerate and understanding woman. Her wisdom will survive for many more years. Mrs. Travisano was the beloved wife of Angelo, devoted mother of Victoria Marx of Somerset, and Deborah Russell of Newark, DEL.

, cherished grandmother of Kelly and Shannon Russell. Visiting Thursday, 4:00-8:00 pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Friday, April 27, 2018, 9:00 am at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East St. George Avenue, Linden, NJ (908)352-9190.

Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 10:00 am. Interment St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
