Juanita Gilbert, a resident of Sulphur was born December 7, 1933 in DeKalb, Texas to Bill & Lillie (Arnold) Satterfield. She passed away Tuesday February 12, 2019 at Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 85 years 2 months and 5 days. She was married to Jerry Gilbert at Sulphur,OK on May 13, 1950.

He preceded her in death January 27, 1999 She grew up in Texas before coming to Sulphur. She had worked as a seamstress and at Carpenter Egg Plant. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Floyd Butler, Dee Butler, Doris Yandell, Leslie Satterfield. Survived by her Daughters & spouses: Nina Pittman & Richard, of Norman, OK Lenita Tuck, of Noble, OK Janece Owens & Richard, of Sulphur, OK Son & daughter-in-law: LaWayne Gilbert & Janelle, of Sulphur, OK Brother: J. L.
