Dale Lee Cummins was born September 23, 1959 in Coalgate, Oklahoma to Ray and Lydia (Cook) Cummins. He passed away March 13, 2019 in Paoli, Oklahoma at the age of 59 years 5 months and 18 days. He spent most of his life in Coalgate and later moving to Byars and then in Paoli.

He worked as a carpenter, he loved to fish and hunt and mostly spend time with his grandchildren. Preceded by; his parents; Ray and Lydia, grandson Shane, and brother in law Harold Collins. Survived by; one daughter, Tonya Dial & husband Toby, Byars, OK.

four sons; Jason Cummins & wife Shelly, Stuart, OK; Mark Cummins & wife Brittany, Paoli, OK; Ben Cummins, Del City, OK. ; Jacob Cummins & wife Laura Oklahoma City, OK. two brothers; Norman Cummins, Eufaula, OK.

Randy Cummins, Cottonwood, OK. ; seven sisters; Joy Cummins, Gloria Welch, Kay Collins, all of Coalgate, OK. Newanna Dennet, & Cherie Richardson, both of Arkansas, Rita Maine of Illinois, and Glenda Fisher of Byars, OK.

16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation; Monday evening March 18, 2019 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Graveside Services; 1:00 PM Tuesday March 19, 2019 in Johnsonville Cemetery, Byars, OK. Officiating; Daimon Hillhouse.
