Judith C. Patton, 72, of 9355 Buffalo Rd. , Mifflinburg, entered into rest at 3:54 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born July 29, 1946, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late William O. and Mary J. (Enns) Hoffman.

On August 13, 1966, in Dormont, she married Robert A. Patton, who survives. Judith was a 1964 graduate of Dormont High School, and a 1968 graduate of Penn State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism. She was employed as a caregiver at Home Instead, Lewisburg.

Judith was a member of Buffalo Valley Singers in Lewisburg. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved helping others whenever possible.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth A. and Diane Patton of Raleigh, North Carolina, and John R. and Tami Patton of Harrisburg; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary J. and Mark Sage of Atlanta, Georgia, and Carolyn J. and Chaz Steffen of Millheim; one brother, William Huffman of Charlotte, North Carolina; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Hoffman. Family and friends are welcome from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd.
