Judy Gale Turner Foley, 68, of Covington, formerly of Ludlow, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018 at her home. She was a retired LPN for the VA Medical Center, Cincinnati and a member of First Baptist Church, Ludlow. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Foley, Sr in 2002; her parents, Everett and Louise Owens Turner; sisters, Betty Finke and Carol Davenport; and a brother, Stewart Turner.

Survivors include daughters, Tammy (Jacob) Beyer of Butler and Angel Steffen of Ludlow; son, Raymond E. “Eddy” Foley, Jr. of Ludlow; eight grandchildren, Tristen Steffen, Brayden Steffen, Colten Jackson, Jacob Beyer, Jr., Jared Beyer, Ava Foley, Hayley Dolan and Jonathan McAfee; two great grandchildren, Carter and Charleigh; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation is Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Ludlow. Funeral services to immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Interment to follow in Mother of God Cemetery, Fort Wright.
