OBITUARY Judy S Thompson March 17, 1955 – July 12, 2018 Play Tribute Movie –Funeral service for Judy Sue Thompson, will be 10:00 am, Monday, July 16, 2018 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8 pm on Sunday July 15 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Chaplin John Guthrie officiating. Survivors include husband, Wayman Thompson, daughter, Rebecca (Allan) Battles, sons, Shannon (Tammy) Thompson and Allen Thompson, sister, Betty Waldrop, brother, Freddy Moore, grandchildren Caiti Thomas, Cassidy Battles, Allana Battles, Kaitlyn Thompson, Joseph Humphrey Jr., Brianna Thompson, Kolby Battles and Gracie Thompson.

Great grandchild Megan Thomas. Mrs. Thompson is preceded in death by Father, Baxter Moore, mother, Lila Wise Moore, granddaughter, Natalie Thompson and many brothers and sisters. Pallbearers: Shannon Thompson, Allen Thompson, Allan Battles, Kolby Battles, Joseph Humphrey, George Sanders.

Honorary Pallbearers: Wendall Morgan, Jean Morgan, Betty Waldrop, Harry Waldrop, Shirley Robinson, Charlotte Sherrer. Mrs. Thompson was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. She was Baptist by faith.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed.
