OBITUARY Judy Summitt July 21, 1943 – October 11, 2018 Judy Summitt 75, of Louisville, passed away October 11, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Summitt was a member of Friendship Separate Baptist Church and the Eastern Star Queen Esther Chapter. She is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Jewell David “J.D.” Summitt Sr. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jewell David Summitt Jr. (Beckie) and Kevin Summitt (Misty); grandchildren, Rev.

Matt Summitt (Tiffany), Will Summitt, Dakota Collins (Brigette), Kyler Collins (Jordan), Hannah Curtsinger (Wade), Blake Summitt and McKenna Ward; great-grandchildren, Kaleb, Kaitlyn and Jason Summitt and Jaylyn Collins. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday 12 Noon at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Memorial Chapel with entombment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday at the funeral home from 2-8 pm.

The family would like to request that memorial donations in Judy’s name be directed to Kosair Charities.
