Julia’s Obituary Julia Bennett Mosby, age 94, peacefully went home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on January 5, 2019 at the Haven of Show Low. She was born on November 21, 1924 in the Seven Mile Community of Whiteriver, Arizona to Joseph and Amy (Elkin) Bennett. Julia had attended Theodore Roosevelt School for a short time and was a hard worker having worked on farmlands and cotton fields in Safford, Arizona.

Then later on in her life she had worked as a Nurse Aide in California and a variety of other jobs in Arizona and New Mexico. She like fishing, dancing, sewing and cooking but mostly caring for her family. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family and friends, telling jokes and laughing with them.

Julia always had a beautiful smile and loved everyone. She had attended East Fork Lutheran Church and visited Seven Mile Miracle Church as well. Julia loved to pray for everyone and she had an immense amount of faith in God.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Amy (Elkin) Bennett; daughter, Patsey Nosie; son, Rozene “Buster” Nosie; sisters, Doris Massey, Alice Bennett and Mildred Goklish and brothers, Simadoe and Danford Bennett, Sr. Julia was a loving mother, sister, auntie, grandmother and great-grandmother. She leaves behind two grandsons, Frankie Clarkson and Kenny “Boy” Kessay; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many extended family members and friends. Julia was dearly loved by all her family and friends and will be missed very much.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM-10:00 PM Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the East Fork Lutheran Church in East Fork, Arizona. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, January 11, 2019 at the East Fork Lutheran Church with the interment to follow at the Hillside Cemetery in Seven Mile, Arizona.
