MACK, June Barbara, 82, of Land O Lakes, ascended into Heaven on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. She was born in Kingston, Jamaica on June 22, 1935. June retired as a nurse from James Haley Veterans Hospital.

She married the last love of her life “Eddie Mack” 17 years ago on Valentine’s Day. She loved to travel and enjoyed the beach, but her most treasured moments were when she spent time with her family. Christmas and Thanksgiving were June’s favorite Holidays, and cooking was her passion.

June… Read More » is survived by her husband, Eddie; three children, Judith Wilson and her husband, Armondo, Herbert Dozier and his wife, Teri, and Sharon Maldonado and her husband, Miguel; nine grandchildren, Robert, Erica, Eric, Anthony, Giovanni, Larry, Cara, Ashle and Paulisha; and 15 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Hycinth, Gloria, Madge, Donald, Joy, John, Angela, and Donna. June was predeceased by her parents Vincent, and Louis Tapper, her first husband Herbert Dozier Sr. and sister, Miss John.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 26 from 9 a.m. until service time at 9:30 a.m. at Loyless Funeral Home, 5310 Land O Lakes Boulevard, Land O Lakes, FL 34639. Luncheon will follow at the Heritage Park Recreation Center. Memorial Donations are suggested by the family to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
