June Gloria Wallace, 95, residing in Green Springs, and formerly of Sandusky, died Wednesday morning, January 9, 2019, in Eden Springs, Green Springs. She was born in Sandusky on June 26, 1923 to the late Frank and Clara (Bickley) Borsick. June was a cook for the Erie County Jail for many years.

She enjoyed playing bingo, loved cooking and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughters, Judith Dayringer, Green Springs, OH, and Lois Jean Holliday, Citrus Springs, FL; son, Gerald (Margyene) Wallace, Sandusky; thirteen grandchildren; twenty three great-grandchildren; fourteen great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Kaufman and Joanne Paulie, both of Sandusky; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Wallace in 1985; parents; grandson, Tommy O’Toole; great-grandson in infancy; sisters, Ellen Melson, Lois Jean Borsick, and Ilene Borsick in infancy; brothers, Bill Borsick, Paul Borsick, Joe Borsick, David Borsick, and Leroy Borsick in infancy.

Friends may call on Saturday, January 12, 2019, from 10 A.M. until time of funeral services at 11:30 A.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave. , Sandusky. Rev.

Ken Hiser will officiate. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Berlin Heights. Memorial contributions in June’s name may be made to one’s favorite charity.
