OBITUARY June Marie Bledsaw June 7, 1922 – October 5, 2018 June Marie Bledsaw, 96, of Decatur passed away Friday, October 5, 2018 in her residence with family by her side. June was born on June 7, 1922 in Shelby County, IL, the daughter of Ceford and Angie (Wicker) Jordan. She married Lewis A. Bledsaw in 1940 and he preceded her in death in 1960.

June was a wonderful and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother and will be missed by all who loved her. Her children survive June: James (Barb) Bledsaw, Linda (Jerry) Kitchens, Charlotte Bledsaw, Robert Bledsaw, Debbie (Russ) Lucas and Carol Yoakum; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. Her parents Ceford and Angie, husband Lewis, daughter-in-law Mary Bledsaw, 4 brothers and 5 sisters preceded June in death.

Private family graveside services will be held at Fairlawn Cemetery in Decatur. Sunset Funeral Home in Machesney Park is assisting the family with arrangements.
