Justino’s Obituary Justino Bernal, Sr. April 14, 1936-January 17, 2019 Mr. Justino Bernal, Sr., 82, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 17, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fortunato and Felicitas Bernal; and his daughter Rosa Maria Bernal. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 64 years of marriage, Esther H. Bernal; his children, Maria E. Bernal, Justino (Mari) Bernal, Jr., Alicia (Robert) Swathwood, Rebecca (Hector) Ferdin, Ricardo (Christy) Bernal, Margie (Victor) Bernal-Paz, Ramiro (Juanita) Bernal, Ruben (Cora) Bernal; 24 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.

He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends. The family will be receiving condolences on Wednesday evening, January 23, 2019 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m. A private cremation will be held at a later date.
