Karen’s Obituary Karen N. Brown went to be with the Lord at Trinity West Hospital on February 4, 2019, at the age of 68. She was born March 7, 1950, in Steubenville, Ohio. She enjoyed spending time with her family, sitting outside, and going for nice rides.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Betty Babel; and her siblings, Viola Staub, Jackie, and Cecil Babel. Karen is survived by her children, Mike Brown and Shannon (Mark) DiFilippo of Steubenville, OH; Siblings, Deborah Wunderlin of Platteville, WI; Patricia Babel of Mingo Jct, OH; her grandchildren, Bryan and Macie DiFilippo, Brandon Brown; one great-grandson, Gavin DiFilippo; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. There will be a celebration of life held 11:00 a.m. on February 23, 2019, at Holy Family Church in Steubenville.
