Karen’s Obituary WOOD, Karen – of Davison, age 57, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at her residence. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be 2 PM Saturday, June 1, 2019 at her home.

She will be interred in Davison Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Lapeer’s Adoptable Animals or the Genesee County Humane Society. Karen was born in Mt.

Clemens, MI on September 11, 1961, daughter of the late William and Carol (Rosin) Wood. She worked as a Medical Research Coordinator. Karen had many interests that included softball, volleyball, golf and bird watching.

Her “Happy Place” was the cottage on Higgins Lake where she enjoyed spending time with family and friends around the campfire. Karen would get up early to go fishing and spend all day on the lake. Karen is survived by her sister, Cynthia Laske; brother, Ronald (Charmette) Wood; nieces and nephews, Scott Laske, Adam Laske, Lindsay Denoyer, William Wood; eight great nieces and nephews.
