She was born June 19, 1956 in Detroit to the late Victor and Viola Samczyk. Beloved wife of Stephen Lisk; loving mother of Kandi (Jeff) Lampkins; dear sister of the late Richard Samczyk; and proud grandmother of Jakob, Haley and Brooke.

Kari was a wonderful wife and homemaker, who enjoyed cooking, crafting and gardening. Services will be held at a later date. Memorials to the American Cancer Society are appreciated.
