Karma Jean Garrett, 86 of Preston, Idaho, passed away June 28, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Karma was born September 25, 1931 in Preston Idaho, to loving parents, Stan and Hattie Rallison. She was the first of two daughters, Karma attended schools in Preston Idaho and Logan Utah.

Karma and jack raised their family in Preston, Idaho. She worked for the telephone company in Logan Utah, for the Franklin County School District supervising the school lunch program and later worked at Pepperidge Farms in Richmond Utah until her retirement. Karma’s greatest joy was spending time with family.

She was an amazing mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and Aunt. Karma was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed attending the Logan Temple every Thursday with her family and friends.

Karma is survived by her two loving daughters, Bonnie (Rob) Taylor of Pocatello, Idaho, Laura (Kendall) Hunter of River Heights, Utah. 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter, sister Monta Rae Smith and several nieces and nephews who all adored her. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, her loving husband Jack and beloved son Stan.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Nyman Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Nyman Funeral Home located at 753 South 100 East in Logan, Utah. Friends and family are invited to a viewing prior to the funeral from 10:00-11:30 at Nyman Funeral Home.

Interment will be in the Whitney Idaho Cemetery. The family wishes to express their immense gratitude to the staff and residents of Beehive Homes and the amazing nurses and staff of Symbi Hospice for all the loving care they showed our mother.
