Waterville-Katherine “Kay “ E. Clukey 76, of Waterville, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, September 4, 2018 during hip surgery in Augusta. She was born in Waterville on December 16, 1941 the daughter of Charles and Ellen (Thompson) Libby. Kay was educated in local schools and was a graduate of Waterville High School Class of 1960.

She married Raymond Clukey in 1960, and they had twins, a son and a daughter. She will be greatly missed by all.

Kay is survived by her son, Ken Clukey of Buxton, and her daughter Kim Clukey of Waterville and companion Gerry Langlais of Lewiston; her sister, Ginger Boucher and husband, Bill of Waterville; her nephew, Bill Boucher and wife Melissa and son, Lucas of Winslow; her niece, Jill Veilleux and husband Todd and children, Jenna and Connor of Winslow; niece Nicole Leighton and husband Richard and children, Azsa Rae and Colby; Gerry Langlais’s father, Eugene Langlais, Brian and Jenna and daughters Ava, Julia Britton and son Everett. Laurie, JP and son Ben, Audrey and Rob Sanicola and sons Charlie and Robbie. There will be no public visitation and a graveside service will be held 10 A.M. Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Pine Grove Cemetery Grove Street Waterville.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Gallant Funeral Home, 10 Elm St. Waterville. An online guestbook may be signed, condolences, memories may be shared at www.
