Kathleen F. Bennick, 67, of Grand Ledge, MI, passed away on November 10, 2018. She was born January 31, 1951 in Neenah, Wisconsin, daughter of Francis and June (Montanti) Brochtrup. Kathleen was a devoted wife, survived by her husband of 43 years, Peter.

She was an admirable grandmother, who always brought a smile to the faces of her grandchildren, and everlasting joy in their hearts. Kathleen enjoyed quilting, and made many quilts for family, friends, and veterans. She was an active horse grandma, often found spending time on the farm.

Kathleen was welcoming, warm-hearted and will be deeply missed by those whose hearts she has touched. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Peter, daughters Krista (Greg) Seyrig and Allison Bennick (fiancé Adam Rice); 4 grandchildren: Ashton, Emma, Nolan, and Henry; her parents, 2 brothers, Michael (Megan) Brochtrup, Mark (Kelley) Brochtrup; sister Christine Brochtrup, special cousin Dorothy Bennick, and her dog Buddha. A ‘Gathering to Remember’ will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018.
