Kathleen J. Kuehler, 92, of Hermann, MO, passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Hermann Area District Hospital. Kathleen was born in Dutzow, Missouri on September 8, 1925, a daughter of the late Alvin R. & Emma (Roehrig) Dieckhaus. She was the widow of Lester W. Kuehler.

They were united in marriage on June 7, 1947, in St. Louis, Missouri. Kathleen was a member of St. George Church, Hermann, and volunteered for the Oats for several years. She worked as a clerk for Famous Barr for 30 years.

Kathleen is survived by three daughters, JoAnn Franksain & husband Joe, of Osceola, Iowa; Barbara Boyd & husband Bill, of St. Louis, Missouri; and Nancy Gathrie & husband Michael, of St. Louis, Missouri; by a son, Lester “Bill” Kuehler, Jr. & wife Kathy, of Hermann, by grandchildren, Anne Thomas, Gina Cramer, and Sara Robinson, of Osceola, Iowa; Tim Boyd & wife Sarah, of New York; and Pat Boyd & wife Emily, of St. Louis; Lisa & Nathan Gathrie, of St. Louis; and Brittney Kuehler, of St. Charles, Missouri & Kelsey Kuehler, of Columbia, Missouri; and by great grandchildren, Hudson, Andrew, Elizabeth, Dean, Lydia, Frances, and Benjamin. A funeral mass will be held Thursday, July 26th at 10:00 a.m. at St. George Church, Hermann, with Rev. Msgr.

Gregory Higley officiating. Burial will be at St. George Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Hermann Hospital or St. George Cemetery.
