Obituary for Kathleen “Kathy” Thomas Kathleen “Kathy” Thomas , 75, of the Eastview-Howevalley area, passed away Monday October 8, 2018 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. She was born in Louisville in 1943. Kathy was an Office Manager for Bob Swope Ford for over thirty years.

She was a loving wife, mother, and “Nana”. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mack and Ruby Romans Gardner, a sister, Glynis McCullah, and a son Christopher L. Thomas. Kathy is survived by her loving husband, E. Ray Thomas of Eastview, two sons: Carl (Patty) Thomas of McAlester, OK and Gary (Carrie) Herberger of Jacksonville, FL; two daughters:, Babette (Dwight) Stiles of Howevalley and Beth Funk of Louisville; a sister, Linda Ritter of Louisville; two brothers: Donnie Gardner of Covington, KY and Denny Gardner of Brandon, FL, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren Funeral Services will be held Thursday October 11, 2018 at 11:00 am at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, Kentucky with Rev.

Ernest Smothers officiating. Burial will follow at Howevalley Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and continue Thursday from 9:00 am to the time of service at the Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
