Keith’s Obituary Memorial service for Keith Brian “Smooth” Carlton, 60, of Wills Point is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Gilligan’s Bar on Hwy 276, in West Tawakoni. Arrangements were under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point. He passed away Friday, March 15, 2019, at Methodist Hospital in Dallas.

Keith was born August 21, 1958, in Dallas, the son of Harry L. Carlton and Grace Lunney Carlton. He was raised in Garland, where he attended high school. Keith was a veteran of the United States Army.

He lived Mesquite prior to moving to Wills Point fifteen years ago. He was self-employed in construction in the Wills Point area. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

Keith attended New Release Fellowship Baptist Church in Wills Point. Preceded in death by his dad, Harry Carlton; sister, Kathleen Miller and a brother, Phillip Carlton Keith is survived by his mother, Grace Carlton, of Wills Point; son, Taylor Carlton & wife, Rachel, of Washington; brother, Bruce Carlton, of Ft. Worth; brother-in-law, Eric Miller, of Garland; sister, Ada Wingler, of Wills Point and two nephews, Jeremy Miller, of Garland and Andrew Carlton & wife, Chelsi, of Greenville.
