Ms. Haggard was born June 3, 1962 in Richmond, Texas, the daughter of the late Terry Tullos and Anna (Sims) Tullos, and died Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at her residence. Kelly had a kind and selfless heart, and was known to many as a caring and compassionate nurse.

She thrived on helping others and was known for her radiant smile. Kelly loved her kids and grandkids, and enjoyed spending time with them. Ms. Haggard is survived by her son, Josh Maddox of Lufkin; daughter and son-in-law, Hannah Ogden and Jason Daniels of Lufkin; grandson, Ethan Landry of Nederland; granddaughter, CarliAnn Maddox of Baytown; grandson, Conner Maddox of Hillister, TX; granddaughter, Madi Maddox of Lufkin; grandson, Carson Cook of Lufkin; grandson, Eli Cook of Lufkin; granddaughter, Madison Ivey Maddox of Woodville; grandson, Mason Langlinais of Woodville; granddaughter, Makenzie McGowan of Woodville; granddaughter, Makayla McGowan of Woodville; brother and sister-in-law, Pat and Amy Tullos of Clearwater, FL; along with numerous nieces, cousins, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Nathan (Brad) Maddox; and daughter-in-law, Krystal Maddox. Shafer Funeral Home, Lufkin directors.
